GebäudeEnergieGesetz GEG hat die EnEV, das EnEG und EEWärmeG abgelöst
Das GEG tritt am 1. November 2020 in Kraft. Das bisherige Energieeinsparungsgesetz (EnEG), die bisherige Energieeinsparverordnung (EnEV) und das bisherige Erneuerbare-Energien-Wärmegesetz (EEWärmeG) sollen jetzt in ein neues Gesetz (dem GEG) zusammengeführt werden!
Ziel ist es ein einheitliches, auf einander abgestimmtes Regelwerk für die energetischen Anforderungen an Neubauten, an Bestandsgebäude und an den Einsatz erneuerbarer Energien zur Wärme- und Kälteversorgung von Gebäuden zu schaffen.
Was gilt für Neubauten?
Eingeführt wird z.B. das „Modellgebäudeverfahren für Wohngebäude“ ! Es soll ein neues gleichwertiges Verfahren zum Nachweis der Einhaltung der energetischen Anforderungen bei der Errichtung von Wohngebäuden sein.
Was gilt für Bestandsgebäude?
